Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Once you receive the refund, your rights under the Account Access, Support, and Updates sections of this agreement will be terminated. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to request a refund. 

All plugins and add-ons we offer (all contents that are installed in your /wp-content/plugins folder) are copyrighted by Coding Chicken and Hyland Holdings, LLC and are licensed to you under the GPL v2:  http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt

All of our plugins/software are offered 'as-is' and without warranty, even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It's highly suggested that you make regular backups of your site and seek professional developer assistance if you're overwhelmed.

Coding Chicken, Hyland Holdings, LLC, and their associates, partners, employees, and shareholders shall not be held liable for any damages or loss of data resulting from the use of our products or the termination or revocation of your license.

Access to our support is limited to a single person or organization. Support may be utilized for any issue you're having with products you've licensed from us. You must have a current, valid license for the product for which you're requesting support. Support for free plugins shall be handled on https://www.wordpress.org/plugins using the relevant plugin page(s). 

All support is provided exclusively at our discretion and may be terminated at any time. In the event that we choose to deny you support, you are entitled to a full refund even if you are outside of the 14 day guarantee window. Upon your request of a refund, we may choose, at our sole discretion,  to terminate this agreement and revoke your license.

We reserve the right to set and update specific support policies as we deem appropriate, at any time, with or without notice. 

You are permitted to install plugins that you've licensed from us on as many sites as are included in your license. Each site where you use your license key, or otherwise install our plugins, add-ons, or pro packs, must be owned by you. You may not share, distribute, or otherwise cause to be propagated, our plugins, add-ons, pro packs, your license key, or your login credentials for our site to anyone except for the person or organization listed on your license. We reserve the right to terminate your license, without refund, in the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that you've violated this provision.

Updates are included for any term where you have an active license for the plugin being updated. For 'lifetime' licenses your access to updates will not expire, but that does not mean we will continue to provide updates perpetually. Access to updates does not guarantee we will release updates during a given timeframe, they are released at our sole discretion. 

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, by notifying you via e-mail that your license to use the software has been revoked.

If we terminate this agreement due to our determination that you violated the terms of this agreement then you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate the agreement for any reason other than a violation, you will receive a full refund regardless of the time since purchase. 

You may also terminate this agreement for any reason. If you choose to terminate the agreement within 14 days of purchase then you are entitled to a full refund. 

If provisions of this agreement are found to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your continued use of our customer portal, support, or receipt of updates after the date of any such change shall constitute your full acceptance of any and all changes to this agreement.
